The cause of the use of Indonesian .

First, according to the education system in Indonesia, all subjects except foreign languages must be taught in Indonesian . In fact, there is no strong evidence states that math and science are taught in English and quickly became smart. Actually if mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology are taught in English, there is a difficulty of understanding the meaning of English.

Second, the application of language legislation should be realized as a strong legal basis for the implementation of the government’s language. In the design of the linguistic legislation , functions of Indonesian, local language and foreign language have been set in proportion. The draft was not to antagonize foreign language, as people often echoad far.

Indonesian role in the younger generation. Language is the key to unlock the treasures of knowledge. With language, we can master the science and technology. Although Indonesian has been acting as a tool of unity, but have not been able too play the role of science. It requires us to translate all the books in the world of science into Indonesian. With the scientific information in Indonesian, surely there will be advances in science that means improving that Indonesian as a language of science. Language is used as a tool to uncover ideas and thoughts. It explained that language is a communication tool as well to understand the content of the communication itself. Interperson communication, including scientists communication  against natural phenomena and cultural phenomenon.

We know that language as a tool of human lingual communication, both verbally and in writing. It is a basic function of language that not associated with status and social values. Once associated with everyday life, in which there is always a value and status, language can not be abandoned. It always folloes the everyday lives, both as a human member of the nation. Because of condition and importance of that language, then it was given a ‘label’ explicitly by user in the form of a particular position and function.
